What's on the card

Responders scan it to access your secure Health Directive portal at card.ironcladfamily.com. They enter your Member ID, select a phone number, and a one-time verification code is sent to you or your emergency contacts. Once confirmed, your full health directive is released — privately, securely, and only with consent

A Driver's License is not enough! Your driver's license doesn't tell police or medical personnel who to call, any allergies you might have, what medication you might be taking, your blood type, or anything else about you that they need to know to provide you with emergency care.
Instant notification of your loved ones! In an emergency, it can literally take hours for a spouse, sibling, or other family member to be notified, but with the IronClad card, your emergency contacts are instantly available.
Instant Link Your Health Directive: The barcode on the back can link to your own health directive or any file you choose to upload (Up to 10Mb). You can update it yourself at any time.
Security: Any file you upload can only be retrieved by someone who has possession of the card PLUS one of the emergency contacts confirming a text code back similar to two factor authentication. This way two things happen:
1. Emergency Contacts are notified of the access attempt and can approve/disapprove if the card holder is incapacitated.
2. Privacy of the card holder is maintained in case the wallet is lost.

Shipping times:
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other U.S. territories.
Order tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online and see the estimated delivery date.
Order cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to return it for a refund.
International Shipping:

The Agreement defines your rights and responsibilities as a user ("User") of the website operated by IronCladFamily.com LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, (“IronClad Family” or “we”) and located at IronCladFamily.com (the “Website”). If you're establishing an account through an IronClad Family partner, account options (such as the ability to participate in upgrades, downgrades, and conversions) and payment requirements made available to you may vary from those described in these Terms; however, these Terms govern your use of the Service and your relationship with us.
The Website is operated in the United States of America. Access is governed by these terms and conditions under the laws United States and the State of Florida. Registration as a user of, or subscriber to, the Website results in your registration information being stored and processed in the United States, and you specifically consent to IronClad Family’s storage and processing of the personal data you submit. 2. Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at IronClad Family!
We offer free refunds and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it without damage or wear.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we will look at your order number as the receipt. If not available, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
2.2. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@ironcladfamily.com and send your item to:

2.3. Exempt Goods
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
2.4. Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund in the prescribed period of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
