Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer for orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or other U.S. territories.
Order tracking:
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your package online and see the estimated delivery date.
Order cancellation:
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we'll be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to return it for a refund.
International Shipping:

If you're establishing an account through an IronClad Family partner, account options (such as the ability to participate in upgrades, downgrades, and conversions) and payment requirements made available to you may vary from those described in these Terms; however, these Terms govern your use of the Service and your relationship with us.
The Website is operated in the United States of America. Access is governed by these terms and conditions under the laws United States and the State of Florida. Registration as a user of, or subscriber to, the Website results in your registration information being stored and processed in the United States, and you specifically consent to IronClad Family’s storage and processing of the personal data you submit. 2. Refund Policy

We offer free refunds and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it without damage or wear.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we will look at your order number as the receipt. If not available, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
2.2. Exchanges

2.3. Exempt Goods
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Gift cards
- Personalized items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 working days.
2.4. Late or missing refunds
- If you have not received a refund in the prescribed period of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

How does your tracker differ from other trackers?
We will compare our GPS TRACKER with the highest end products with advertised inital prices between $50-$150 .
- You are required to subscribe to their proprietary cell plans for coverage in addition to the device cost. We don't!
- You can activate the SIM we provide for $5/mo. which we tested and found was sufficient for your coverage. You can choose to "pay as you go" or "prepay 3 months, 6 months or 1 year".
- Or you can use your own sim if you have family plan discount with your cell provider. You are not tied to us, and you can switch sims, you can switch plans perhaps for international coverage during travel, you have full control.
- Our refresh rate can go down to every 1 second in case your dog is lost. We recommend this mode if they escape so you know exactly where they are. Others only go down to every 15 seconds. if you look at the device reviews, pet owners are stating it hard to wait when they are in panic looking for their dog.
- Our special pricing now is $99 which is all you pay plus the $5/mo. (option to prepay 3,6 or more months), again or use your own sim.

How much is the refresh rate to locate my dog in case they were lost?
Our refresh rate can go down to every 1 second in case your family member is lost. We recommend this mode if you're trying to locate your dog if they were lost. Others only goes down to every 15 seconds. Our research including client reviews of other product showed users stating it insufficient to wait every 15 seconds when they are in panic looking for their beloved pets.
Are their activation fees?
No activation fee with IronClad family. Use the included sim and select the plan you need to provide your cell coverage so you can connect to your GPS tracker anytime. We have no hidden fees. You pay for the tracker, you own it.

Can I track more than one pet?
Absolutely! You will need a tracker for each OfCourse, but you can configure unlimited GPS trackers to your mobile phone and then through the one app interface, you can track all of them real time.
Does your tracker come with a collar?
Yes, we include a collar that adjusts to most dog sizes small, medium & large.
Explain "No Subscription." Do I need a SIM card?
Every GPS device that communicates with a cell phone requires its own SIM card. Many companies require that you subscribe to their system, and they embed a SIM inside the GPS device that you can't remove. You either subscribe to them or you can't use your device. We allow you to choose your SIM provider and change your SIM if you choose. Regardless of what SIM you use, there will be an additional monthly fee from your SIM provider. If you want to use the SIM we ship with the device, we have partnered with SpeedTalk Mobile to provide the most economical option available at just $5 / month. Your device with ship with this SIM installed, preconfigured, and pre-paid for 30 days so that you can use the device right out of the box. At the end of 30 days, if you want to continue using this SIM, you just update the information on the website and continue the pay-as-you-go payments.
How long does the battery life last?
Based on real world tests in the field, the battery life for our dog tracker depends on how frequent you want to track your dog (refresh rate) as follows:
Every 01 second refresh rate ==> 30 hrs. or (1.25 days) (Recommended if dog is lost)
Every 15 seconds refresh rate ==> 48 hrs. or (2 days)
Every 30 seconds refresh rate ==> 121 hrs. or (5.1 days)
Every 60 seconds refresh rate ==> 149 hrs. or (6.2 days) (Recommended for normal times)
